You've identified the bug, should we submit a ticket for the items or will you retroactively reward the item that wasn't gained? If not, should we hold off on excavating leads until the patch? If so are you going to extend the time for leads?

These are great questions, and we've checked in with a few teams today to get answers. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this bug we don't have the ability to retroactively grant the bonus rewards, which are those extra sellable items in your screenshot. After the fix is live, the excavation loot roll will properly give you those bonus rewards again. You can hold off on Excavating Leads until we get the fix in, if those extra sellable items are really important to you. In talking to the team, though, they did say that this bug will not occur on every Excavation, and that it also won't happen in West Weald, Gold Coast, or Blackwood at all - those zones should be fine even before we fix the bug... Hi all, we are following up with a brief update. We are aware that after this morning's hotfix, there is an issue in Cyrodiil regarding repair kits. We are currently investigating this issue. Additionally, we're also investigating the outstanding issues from the Update 44 launch. You can find a full list here. On Friday, we'll have maintenance to address some of these outstanding issues, which will require downtime. We'll have more information to share tomorrow once we have a firm plan in place. Thanks again for your patience as we work to resolve these issues.

Hi everyone. On Friday, November 1, we have a hotfix planned for the PC/Mac megaservers to address a few issues from our Update 44 launch. Specifically, we are addressing the following issues:

• Deploying a fix to resolve an issue in Battlegrounds where a match is not filling all teams correctly and failing to start the battleground.
• Resolving the issue with Battlegrounds Competitive Leaderboards not working as intended.
• Fixing reported region crashing issues related to Battlegrounds.
• Resolving the issue with Cyrodiil Repair Kits not working as intended.
• Resolving an issue with the Anniversary Cake Slice, so you can once again be safely stored in your bag.

This hotfix will require downtime. Maintenance will start at 4:00 am ET/ 8:00 UTC. The estimated end time for maintenance will be around 9:00 am ET/ 13:00 UTC. Thanks for your continued patience as we work to resolve these issues.

Hello! We have pushed hotfixes to address four issues that surfaced after yesterday’s Update 44 PC/Mac launch. You will need to restart your game client to see these fixes. Please note that this is not all the issues from launch that we are tracking. You can see the full list including statuses here.

• Fixed an issue with the Class Mastery Signature Script on Banner Bearer. Now, the player entering the AOE will only generate a Crux or the Nightblade Restoration if they don't already have the Banner Bearer buff on them, rather than triggering every time.

Good Morning, All. We are following up on the reports here of healers gaining the top spots on the Battlegrounds Leaderboards. We have identified this is not working as intended. We have also identified the bug causing this issue for healers scoring above and beyond intended. We are working toward a fix now for a future incremental. Once this is resolved, we will reset the leaderboards.

Hi Folks! First, thanks for your feedback and sending the clips focusing on Werewolves not being able to pick up the Chaosball. Really helps get an answer swiftly on this issue. After chatting with the team this morning, its been determined that currently this is working as designed. Players who are transformed into forms other than their standard humanoid form will no longer be able to pick up Chaos Balls which also Transform you into Behemoths or Vampire Lords. Standard Chaos Balls can be picked up while transformed if the Chaosball is in its native location, but not in the wild if you are transformed. This is currently working like this because we found issues in PTS that would have been problematic on the live server. This was the best way we could address it in the time we had before launch. However, we plan to address this in a future update to be consistent regardless of your transformation status when interacting with the Chaosball. We'll share more once that update is ready... Hi All, we have a brief update on PC Battleground Leaderboards. Currently, the PC Battleground Leaderboards are not working as intended, including leaderboard reward delivery. We are actively investigating this issue and should have an update sometime tomorrow. Thanks for your patience as we work through this issue.
