Hi everyone! Due to the time in ESO that some of you lost over the weekend because of login issues and/or unusually long queue times, we are extending the Zeal of Zenithar in-game event by one day. This will change the end date from August 8 at 10:00 AM ET to August 9 at 10:00 AM ET. The extension will be applied during the scheduled maintenance on August 7.

We recognize that we totally dropped the ball on communicating any of this to you all, and for this, we apologize. We are already discussing ways to improve internal communications in the future to help mitigate this from recurring.

I think the main issue with this incident is that in the past when something of such magnitude was occurring, there would be a red-banded banner saying that you were aware of it - potentially with a thread containing further updates or information.

You're right - we do normally post a forum banner and a tweet from the Bethesda Support Twitter (X?) account so everyone is at least aware that we're looking into things, and this didn't occur this time. what is going on with the Zenimax customer support team? or is something wrong with me or their interaction with me.

i have a problem ingame that for me it seems like they just refuse to solve or answer to. It's chronologically these tickets:

As you know the first 6 digits are the date yymmdd. Theres 10 tickets across 20 days. Meaning i had to make another ticket the next day after they closed the previous one, because the issue was not solved.
Between those are some more but they were closed as duplicate, wrongly because none of them were duplicates, they were an entirely separate occurrence each with its own different video.
I followed their instructions and all of them got closed as solved, but the issue is still happening.

The Elder Scrolls Online v9.1.3 has some minor fixes for content across the base game affecting UI, furnishings, and some visual oddities, and also includes a slight adjustment for the Inferno Staff and some Tales of Tribute NPCs. The size of this patch is approximately 970MB.

Hi all, wanted to share an update on this issue. We know this bug has been frustrating and we have been making progress on pinpointing what’s causing it; we’ve found it frequently manifests itself after completing the Cyrodiil quest “Kill 20 Arcanists” or the Necrom quest “Tracing Shadows”, as many of you have noted.

At this time, the fix is appearing to be quite complex and unfortunately isn’t one that we’re able to hotfix. We are currently targeting to have this fixed with Update 39 launch and will keep you posted if this changes. Thanks for your patience and understanding here.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! We're discussing some potential options with the team so it's clearer what is being enabled.

The Elder Scrolls Online v2.47 (PS4) / v1.29 (PS5) includes some adjustments to Crux and fixes for a few Mundus Stone issues, along with fixes for several Necrom quests, the Antiquity Leads for the “Music Box, Glyphic Secrets”, several game crashes, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 1.65GB for PS4 and 532.5MB for PS5.
