No, we don't even have a fix implemented internally yet. It's still being worked on.

Tomorrow morning, November 3 beginning at 4am EDT/8am UTC, we'll be performing maintenance on the PC/Mac NA and EU megaservers to applying the following hotfixes:

Okay, so just chatted with the dev team. They are aware of the issue from another bug report and are working on a fix for this. However in the meantime, to get past this issue, you will need to drop the quest, start it again and go through it again without being grouped. We had a few devs test this and they were able to continue the investigation.

Since this thread has some traction on actually seeing what bugs are noted and being worked on, any word about roll dodging now dropping block? When I am holding block, then roll dodge, all while holding block, I am no long blocking after the roll dodge. This is new behaviour and very difficult to adjust to. Is this being reverted?

Yep, we're also aware of this and will work on getting it fixed. It's not an intentional change.
