I’m looking in to the reports of the 50% Mining Drone Yield trait of the Purpose not working.

The last remaining ore/ice/gas anomalies which were not re-spawning correctly should most if not all as of downtime today respawn. It’s possible that the very last ones won’t until after DT tomorrow.

For anomalies that were depleted before the patch today, some will need to despawn naturally before they respawn in the correctly functioning state. You should start seeing them pop back up in the next day or two, depending on when they were depleted.
