I would not recommend this as a fix will not necessarily make the item usable.

If you are a WOW! customer, please refer to the second thread. There is an active case that is being worked on by our partner.

We are aware of an issue where the 150k SP reward from the daily login reward system is being incorrectly deposited to player hangars as an item which cannot be used. This appears to be affecting all players.

We are currently looking into this issue and will update you as soon as we have any further information.

Update 13:30 Evetime: We have just deployed a hotfix for this issue - when redeeming this SP reward it will apply to unallocated SP properly instead of going to inventory as an item.

The client does not yet properly indicate this change but a fix for that is in the works.

We are still looking into fixing the SP rewards that were already redeemed before this hotfix was in place.

Update 11:30 Evetime 5/16: A fix was deployed during downtime today that should prevent the SP from being contracted to avoid further complicating the issue. A final fix is still being discussed for those who are missing this SP and ...

If you trace your route to TQ (using the command tracert 172.65.201.188) then you should be able to spot Chicago in there. It might look something like this, this is a confirmed failure route through Telia in Chicago:

WOW! and Cloudflare set up a new peering connection in Ashburn, VA, early on Tuesday morning (UTC). Cloudflare now has CCP’s support ticket on hold until they can peer with WOW! in Chicago, IL.

A report is generated for each use of this power which we will be monitoring closely.

Bans and longer term silences are still at CCP’s discretion when ISDs escalate concerns to us.

@Oda_Chancel @CMDR_Yuri_Fury @Zhora_Zhopkin If you have not already done so, please make sure to submit a support ticket with the requested details, so our tech specialists can take a look at it

That option is also being considered.

Update:

Some WOW! Internet customers are reporting to us that the issue has been resolved for them. They appear to have in common to previously have been routed through Atlanta, GA and are probably now routed through a new peering connection between WOW! and Cloudflare in Ashburn, VA, which was set up yesterday morning.

Other WOW! customers have reported to us that the issue persists and have sent us detailed clients logs (per instructions above). They appear to have in common to be routed through Chicago, IL. The investigation continues.

Is that a contest you want to be in the middle of?

I would like to emphasize that we are looking for reports of the EVE Client being unable to maintain a connection to the EVE Server.

For the purposes of this investigation then we are not looking for information about lag or chat reconnects (although we always appreciate such reports), but rather focused reports on if the EVE Client gets disconnected from the EVE Server after approx. 1-10 minutes of gameplay.

And then only from players who do not have WOW! Internet as their internet service provider in this thread here, since we are aware of those issues and are actively investigating them.

WOW! Internet customers should rather ple...

It is a database performance issue that has been under investigation this afternoon.

Hello Everyone!

We have had several recent instances of repeat rule breakers / spammers where our ISD forum moderators were left repeatedly deleting rule breaking threads while having to wait for CCP to resolve the situation. This can be frustrating both for the ISDs and those of you trying to use the forums as you normally would.

With this in mind we’ve been reviewing forum moderation procedures and are further empowering ISDs to respond to issues. Starting today, ISDs will have the power to temporarily silence users who repeatedly ignore their warnings. This may take the form of a simple 24 hour ‘cooldown’ silence or a longer silence pending CCP review for serious infractions (there may be no warning before being silenced for serious violations). Having to be repeatedly silenced may warrant a longer silence duration up to the possibility of a permanent ban from CCP.

Please take note of ISD warnings and be courteous to our ISD staff as theirs is often not an ea...
