One more update for everyone on this, we have now determined the number of players affected and the amount of Atoms that each of those players was missing, which means we're able to begin granting you the number of Atoms you missed out on due to the bug starting tomorrow.

If you were affected, please keep an eye on the email address for your account over the next couple of days for a message stating that your missing Atoms have been restored.

As an update on this we have now implemented a fix for this issue. Challenges that have Atom rewards now once again grant those Atoms correctly.

Everything is supposed to have subtitles so I would count this as a bug.

Can you DM me your bethesda.net username and platform you're on?

Ahahaha yes that's a bug. It's a pretty rare one that we've seen reported! If you happen to have any repro steps for this one that would be awesome to see. As far as I know, we haven't seen this in testing.

Thanks for the tag! We're investigating this issue currently. For some, it seems to be a visual issue but I will raise this additional issue of them applying to the bethesda.net account.
