Please, could you try clearing your cache and cookies as the first step in our troubleshooting process? After that the reward window should appear.
It happened to me too and after that everything is ok.

  • It was sometimes not possible to disable the extra confirmation for attacking a blocked GBG province.
  • Players no longer in the neighborhood resulted in not being able to open the summer event window
  • Searching for your own name in the rankings did not work correctly
  • It was possible for guilds to not have a founder
  • Large military bonuses were truncated in the unit tooltip

Bugfixes

Summer Event Bugfixes
  • The five-star achievement for completing the Summer event for the fifth time was previously missing, this has been corrected, so it now unlocks after conditions are met.
  • With prizes from the Wheel of Fortune, occasionally A Space Age Unit was incorrectly displayed instead of a Space Age Asteroid Belt unit, ensuring a different unit was granted (than displayed). This has been corrected now, so the correct unit is displayed.
Message Center Bugfixes
  • There was a known issue where sent emojis, would display in Italics. This has been fixed, so they are sent without italics.

  • Wrong Era Unit sowhn as prize on the Summer Event Wheel if two players from different era's in the same neighboorhood are looking at the Wheel
