One in the team can always activate it, sometimes it gets bugged and it can only be started by the person who put the bluglo

It's caused when you phase shift or use a dragon slash through the mist/hive u/magyst has posted that they are aware of this problem and are looking in to it.
Edit: dam auto correct kept on putting give and not hive.
Thanks for spreading the word! This is correct. Movement abilities (phase shift, dragon slash, etc) where a cloud has spawned can cause the to get stuck on the player. Using Adrenaline rush will resolve it.
We're working on getting this one addressed.
We've got a fix in for this one in the v12.20 update.

what about defenders kills not counting for both scores and dailies? you guys are yet to even acknowledge this bug.

Very informative thread. Thank you for putting the time into this! I'll discuss this with the design team and get their thoughts on inventory / storage / materials. Please keep in mind that this doesn't mean a change will get implemented.
Is this an intentional change to the Banner gadget, /u/Magyst? Is that why nobody is responding about this?
My friends and I want to work on Twine Endurance and we were using the Banner if we got knocked so we didn't have to travel across the entire SSD map to get back to where we were, but we can't do that with this bug being an issue for almost 2 weeks now.

I understand that you have tons of people tagging you and you can't reply to everyone, but this is a gamebreaking bug for some people that's been going on and nobody is acknowledging this issue.
