This is a visual only issue and you should eventually be granted full credit in the UI. But in the meantime, could you send me your username and platform so we can dig into your logs to investigate what may be causing this issue? Thanks!

This is one we're looking into. Could you leave your username and platform below so we can take a look at your logs to see if we can identify the issue?

In the meantime, players I have seen reported this all came back a day or two later and said that it eventually updated. It appears to be a visual only issue.

Notifications will have an affect on game play. They normally can cause stutters and or freeze the screen for several seconds. If you can disable notifications while playing and still have issues let us know.

Has this happened on your previous devices? A couple of things to try to help the ping issue you are running into.

  1. Turn off WiFi assist
  2. Try to play on LTE vs WiFi

Let us know if you are still running into any issues.

  • Patch v8.20 is the first time I noticed it, could of been v8.10. Not before though.

  • Go into a match with a controller on mobile, and make sure the controller HUD shows up, and you will feel vibrations.

We don't have a good way of making the controller vibrate, so that is why the phone vibrates when there is feedback. If you don't want the vibration, it will need to be turned off in the phone settings.

Thanks for the report, we're investigating issues with buildings not rendering on some devices. Do you think you could let me know the exact device you're on? Does this only happen early game, when dropping from the Battle Bus?
