I tested this in Explore.

Ironhawk Artillery Support triggers first, doing damage to all opponents as expected. Then Orc Armor triggers. Which replaces the armor lost.
If the Orc Troop was at full armor, it appears to cancel out because it is reduced then instantly restored to full. However, both traits do trigger.

Also tested on an enemy troop with the Orc Armor trait, that had no armor. The damage is dealt to health as intended, following this Orc Armor triggers giving 5 armor.

Both these mechanics and interactions are working as they are intended to. Based on the test myself & another team member went through.

Hey!

The best way I can describe this is similar to flipping a coin…

There’s a 50% chance that it lands heads. However, when you flip the coin again it faces tails up. Next time the chance is 50%. Tails again. The next chance is still 50% and so on. The past results don’t affect the outcome or chance of the next result.

So casting that skill 6 times, due to chance, it does not guaranteed you should have received 3 copied allies.

We are hoping for it to be out before Tuesday, but it depends on certification and we will do our best.
We won’t be altering stats at this point, as it a major change and we would rather fix this bug instead of changing things, fixing it, then changing them back.

It’s inconvenient to play at lower speeds, but we recommend doing so until the fix is released.

This issue is quite inconsistent across devices, and seems to be affecting those that have older devices in regards to speed. This was likely missed due to the devices that we used for testing, and this also wasn’t picked up by our beta players. We are terribly sorry for missing this, and are doing everything in our power to get our builds made, certification passed, and update released as quickly as possible.

We have some ideas on what may have caused this and have addressed them in the fix. We have tested the fix and it all seems to be working as intended.

Hey adventurers,

We have some news regarding the bug affecting the AI triggering skulls twice.

Our team has found a fix for this issue, and we are in the process of testing it. Unfortunately this fix will require a client update, which also means doing new builds. This will take a few days, and then will need to pass certification on each of our available platforms.

At this point in time we are confident that the fix will be released next week. We will also be sending out compensation for this issue after the fix has been released.

I’ve been speaking to the team and I have a few updates regarding the double trouble AI bug.

Our team has sorted out a fix for this issue, but it will require a client update. This means it will take a while for us to make new builds and pass certification. More info coming.

We are still working on this issue, and it’s looking like it might require a client patch, which will mean each platform needs to pass certification. :sob:

We upload every change to our test servers for testing before making changes live. Every version is also uploaded to the community beta along with patch notes.

We have reproduced the issue in house, the whole team is working on this right now so we can get it fixed as soon as possible.

Prior to today this wasn’t an issue anyone was aware of, or we would have delayed the update/ensured it was fixed prior to releasing the update live due to it being an issue with core gameplay.
