Did you press circle before collecting the mythic boss chest?

Thanks for all the additional information everyone. We’ve re-assigned this bug to a dev who hasn’t looked into it before so hopefully the fresh pair of eyes will help. They’re testing on Xbox today so I’ll pass all this information along.

Both types of transform should still count as far as I’m aware. We’ve got a team member checking battle logs and testing this at the moment so we can see what’s happening.

Hey,

I checked our server status logs for the day these posts were made and there were no server status logs for Gems of War on the 27th. I checked PSN as well just in case, they had down time the day after these posts were made.

If your internet was otherwise working ok there may have been a minor problem in the connection between your consoles and our game servers, these are usually fixed up quickly by the party responsible so hopefully you weren’t locked out of the game for too long.

I’ve been having crazy internet issues myself thanks to the rain 2 days ago, so I feel the frustration!!

Hopefully the game is playing smoother for you now! If not just let me know.

Can you send through a ticket, so we can get to fixing this for you?
If possible include a screenshot of the Warband tutorial screen, or photo.

Getting stuck in the Warbands tutorial was a Known Issue.

Hey everyone!

We are aware of this and it’s a known issue on our end. The trouble is we are having issue being able to reproduce this on our side and we’ve looked into the code and can’t seen to find an error.

So we can look into this further, I want to ask a few questions so we can get more information try an establish a pattern as to what is causing this to happen.

• Which Kingdoms have you experienced the issue in?

• Has this happen after you’ve open a Boss Chest or your tokens evolve into Badges or Medals?

• How long the game was open for before the issue happened?

• Which difficulty level was the Explore run done in?

Thanks for brining this to our attention. We know there has been a lot of confusion around how Lycanthropy Gems are meant to be treated when it comes to Purple Gems.

I received clarification that they should be more in line with Heroic Gems and shouldn’t be able to selected when you are using these Select a colour Troop spells.
