That was my fault, sorry everyone, because we’ve been working from home for so long, public holidays haven’t even been on my mind at all and I completely forgot yesterday was one.
I’ll be responding to the Druid’s Glade missing Mythic tickets before the end of today.
I apologise for this. We didn’t have support staff late last week due to some very hard, extenuating circumstances.
Our team have been briefed on this being our highest priority, and it will be looked into first tomorrow when office hours resume.

We can clearly see there’s obviously a bug but we can’t reproduce it or find the cause yet, needs more investigation.
What Kafka said. We have greatly increased our server capacity, and our server programmer double checked our performance during the times of these posts. All good on our end.
The game servers were running smoothly around the times of these posts.
One of the side effects of many countries having some kind of lockdown due to covid-19 is that there is a much heavier usage load online. Many Internet Service Providers have had to increase their services to cover for this and then the infrastructure itself can only handle so much (shout out to all the Aussies still on 50yo copper).
Due to this you may find your speeds are much slower than usual and you might get the occasional drop out during peak usage times. If it’s not on the game server we don’t have any control over it
Even if you can reach other services fine, it could be that the issue is somewhere in the connection between us and the route you take to our game servers will be a bit different from the one you’re taking to get to another servic...

My current team is:
- Sky Hero/Sunspear
- Divinia
- Yao Guai
- Queen Titania
This is a bit more expensive as all 3 are legendaries, but none of them are Mythics so if you play long enough, all these cards are obtainable. The only "rare" thing is the Sky Hero. It was in the soulforge a few weeks ago so if you missed it, it's probably going to be a long while before you see it again. You can use other weapons, prefereably something that creates red or explodes. Try not to use Yellow or Red as it takes mana away from Divinia. You want her up and looping as soon as possible.
A great substitute weapon that I used for a LOT of content ...
