Hey, I’m very sorry this happened and it was so close to weekly reset especially.

I’ll DM you to get your invite code from you so we can make this up to you.

The team have already pushed a fix for this a hair before weekly reset as soon as they saw the error occurring.

I’m checking with the team if the fix took longer to push out than thought to see if it possibly hit the live game after weekly reset which would explain why it didn’t work.

The idea behind Vault weekends is that you get extra rewards for what you would be doing anyway - but obviously this can’t extend through all game events as it would mess up the balancing having 4 gnomes show up.

If you farm vault weekends, but are getting tired of grinding and don’t want to miss out on the rewards, there’s autoplay.

• is playable (you can play through the Kingdom questline)

• Same description of the issue

As we always say spoilers from 3rd party sites aren’t accurate, and were subsequently asked for an official content calendar, Jeto spent the time to make one.

We are revising the readability of the calendar.

Thanks Jeto for taking the time to be able to share the offical content calendar publicly a month in advance, which is something we’ve never been able to do before, and for taking the time to make and post the calendar despite how busy you are <3

We could take a look at something for the next Campaign (we don’t want to do it mid-campaign as it may cause issues with the game).

We could look at removing PvP Tasks for Gold + Silver so it’s only a Bronze task, and players can’t be blocked for all 3 Tasks.

Since 7.0 released we have run Headstart offers for all the different event types that have them. We have Headstart offers coming for World events in the 7.1 Update.

Thank you for your patience while we sorted out any problems with this new offer, and thank you the
feedback on how to improve the offers - we’ve taken a lot of that on board for the next round of offers
coming up.

We have also included our thanks in an in-game mail along with a few Gems to enjoy in the game.

As some other community members have briefly mentioned, this is not a bug.

The Obsidian Libram weapon will only appear in the Soulforge when an Obsidian Depths faction event is running!

This is not a bug, as the regular world events are meant to still have 12 Reward Stages.
