Hey everyone,

Just wanted to create a thread with an update on a few different issue that have been raised, so if anyone else is unsure if something has been reported or not they can look here quickly as well as provide some further information about where we are at.

Firstly here is a list of the top issues we have reported over the past 24 hours. This is not everything, just the main ones:

• Underspire resetting after 7.1 update - Known Issues article
• CLIFFY errors at the end of battles
  • Fix is just going through final testing
• Adventure board task impossible to complete and blocking collecting Daily Progress
  • A fix was released for this...

A potential fix was released about an hour ago to change the task to complete all battles on a single adventure board!

If you haven’t already please force close and relaunch. Keeping an eye out if this is still ongoing after this fix was released (and after relaunching Gems of War)

Believe this icon being blank is linked to the new Sony purchases have yet to be passed and pushed to live.
But in the meantime, there are some offers on Sony that are unavailable and as soon as we have more information back from Sony, we will update this article.

Passed these on last night/this morning and the team is investigating. No need to submit any further CLIFFY errors at this stage.

It is in my notes as something to follow up on with the devs, but this issue was initially reported prior to reset and after updating - so I don’t believe it is linked to daily reset.

But will share more when we can.

Just quickly created this known issues article for any further updates:

The team have been looking into reports today of the Underspire map resetting after updating - so I’m just trying to make sure it didn’t reset AGAIN at daily reset as that would make it another issue.

Had either of you noticed this prior to daily reset? Or did you just open Underspire for the first time since yesterday?

Just jumping in to quickly address a couple of things:

• Level 20 Soulforge displaying an update has been reported to the team
• Awaiting clarification on the Adventurer task ‘Complete all battles on a single Adventure Board’ task whether the task itself is incorrect or the text is inaccurate Team is currently working on a fix for this
  • Also passed on concerns that the tasks may be unfavourable Campaign tasks (spend X resources, play arena etc)
• Getting some more information about the various Paths for players who are beyond those levels (retroactively unlocking)
• Confirming if the new achievements have been pushed to Xbox, as I can see they have on all other platforms

The 7.1 Update: Paragon’s Path will be released September 6th AEST.
Nintendo Switch will receive the update on a later date, to be announced.

I want to be very clear-noone has been banned for talking about aboriginal culture in a neutral - positive way since I have started working here in 2017.

Racism is absolutely not tolerated in Gems of War.

I’ve reviewed the ban and am satisfied it was for breaking the community guidelines and nothing to do with the player talking about aboriginal culture.

If your friend wants to appeal the ban they can contact support and we will explain the reason to them.
