I’ve just done some digging and we did have lag alerts on the game server about 6 hours after you posted here.

I’ve also checked and it looks like there’s a wider spread issue affecting PSN and other services as well in the US at the moment, which is where our servers are located, however, currently our game servers are up.

Because the game needs access to PSN though there may be some issues connecting on Playstation right now until that’s resolved.

Hi all,

For those with an eagle eye, you may notice the update to version 7.1.5 tomorrow (Wednesday) 5pm PST.

This hotfix only contains missing art for unreleased Troops.

It will be going live on all platforms except for Switch.

Switch will not receive this hotfix as the fix is already in version 7.1 for you!

We have not forgotten the other bug reports and continue working on bug fixes for version 7.2 and beyond as part of our regular development cycles.

Another thing you can try is deleting your Gems of War save data. You won’t lose your game progress as it’s all stored on our game servers not on your console. The instructions for that can be found here:

I haven’t had a chance to ask for the specifics but looking at the previous pause screen, I’ve passed on some specific feedback about how these bonuses could be added underneath the new pause screen on the same mana surge slide - or under the banner.

We are investigating currently players who have yet to receive their Dark Scroll comp!
