Hey Traxys,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue, we've moved your thread to report a problem to help further.

This error is due to a system error, another player who experienced this replaced their corrupt DLL file with a new one and enabled the .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows.

We're unable to give steps on how to do this but you may be able to contact a PC specialist or do an online search on how to do this.

We would also recommend the following steps:

Install vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
  1. Go to the Microsoft official download page here....

Hey Piraat,

We're sorry to hear you've experiencing the mentioned issues.

The team is currently looking into the deployment of the MG weapons and the grenade issue, we've passed on your report.

Are you reporting the same vaulting issues as mentioned by the OP?
If not, can you please confirm for us what the issue with vaulting you've experienced is?

And can you please also share further information on the issue with the tanks?

Do you have any video or screenshots of this?
What exactly do you mean by out of bounds? Are they getting somehow to areas they should not be able to?
We have not had any reports of such an issue so any further information you can share would be very helpful!

Get back to us when you can.

Most of these issues the team is aware of and currently working on, we've passed on your reports.

Can you please tell us some more information on the invisible walls?

We're aware of an issue with an invisible wall at a bridge on Kursk however we're unaware of any others, if you could please share any screenshots or videos of the area that this is occurring that would be helpful to share with the team. It would be useful to know the map and coordinates of the areas also.

Regarding VoIP - The team is looking into VoIP however if you or anyone you know experiences any VoIP issues, you can try the steps in our ... Read more

Regarding the spawn issue - this is a known issue and the team is working really hard to solve it - I have logged your report with them and we're hoping for a fix as soon as possible.

Can you please confirm if the issue you're having with grenades is occurring on all grenades each time you throw one or is this happening intermittently/with specific grenades?

With your ping - so we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in the article below, and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?

Hi all,

We're sorry to hear you've all experienced this issue.

The team is currently investigating this issue and we've passed on your reports to the them.

In the meantime, the following steps may be of some help:

Make sure that your settings file is not set to read-only.

You can find it in :
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

Left-click to highlight, then Right-click the gameusersettings file - properties - make sure read-only is not ticked.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime and thank you for your patience.
