Hi Damage,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with VoIP, we've moved your thread to report a problem to offer further support.

By all sliders are you referring to the in-game sliders or Windows audio sliders?
Is it only some player's the issue occurs with? If so it may be that those specific player's just have their mic low for example.

Can you please also try the steps in our help article[team17.helpshift.com] to see if any of them help resolve the issue?

Do let us know if they help at all!

Regards,

Hi all,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with lag on El Alamein.

We have passed on your repots to the team to investigate further.

We would recommend in the meantime to make sure that your systems and GPU drivers are all up to date.

  2. Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
  3. Click 'Browse'
  4. Locate the game executable (the application).
  5. Right-click it and go to Properties.
  6. Click the Compatibility tab.
  7. Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
Tp run Steam as an administrator:
  1. Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
  2. Right click the Steam executable.
  3. Follow the above...

Hi all,

If you're experiencing issues when vaulting can you please share the following information with us;

• What map(s) this occurs on and what area(s)
• What is the exact wall or object you're trying to vault
• What happens exactly - how are you unable to vault?
• If it just when running or whether you were trying to shoot a weapon/were shooting a weapon
• How often the issue occurs

As well as anything else you think would be helpful for us.

If possible, if you have any video or screenshots that would also be very helpful for us to see exactly what is happening.

Do let us know!

  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
If the issue continues, can you please try and repair the Steam Library?
  1. In the top-left corner, click on the Steam menu
  2. From the menu, select Settings
  3. Navigate to the Storage tab on the left sidebar
  4. In the right-hand pane, click the three horizontal dots next to C:\Program Files (X86)\Steam
  5. Select Repair Folder
Please then follow the on-screen instructions and let the library folder be repaired. Then test whether repairing the folder fixed the error.

Hi [CFr] Beri74,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.
We've moved your thread to report a problem so we can help further.

There is a current issue with settings, etc resetting, the team is looking into this.
As a workaround the following may help:

Please can you make sure that your settings file is not set to read-only.

You can find it in :
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

Left-click to highlight, then Right-click the gameusersettings file - properties - make sure read-only is not ticked.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

Hey 🎮Shinigami🇮🇱,

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with your VoIP.

Can you please try updating your audio drivers? To do this:
  1. Open your Windows Device Manager by opening the Windows Task Bar
  2. Type Device Manager in the search field and press Enter
  3. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers drop-down menu
  4. Right-click all devices and select Update driver
Additionally, deleting the following folder: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\HLL and allowing the program to regenerate the files may help to bring back your VoIP.

Note: After this, you will have to reassign your Settings and Keybinds.

If your router is using IPv6, we would recommend disabling that option. To do this please go to your router settings and find the IPv6 option - it can usually be found in advanced settings - then disable it.

To do this on Windows 10:
