Hi all,

We're sorry to hear you're having this network error, we've moved the thread to report a problem forum so we can offer further support.

So we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in this article[team17.helpshift.com], and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?

If the issue continues, we would recommend checking whether you have any firewall or blocks on your router with your ISP, as this can also cause the issue.

Please do get back to us on any outcome!

Regards,
Team17 Support

Hi ILKAY,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue. We've moved your thread to report a problem so that we can help further.

Can you please confirm the exact error message? Is it just 'a network error has occured'?

When exactly does this occur?
Does it happen on all servers that you try to connect to or just one server?

Get back to us when you can.

Hey Ormvz,

Thanks for getting in touch - sorry to see your progress appeared to reset.

Luckily, all progress made in Hell Let Loose is stored server side so your progress will still be there and you won't have lost anything.

Usually, this occurs when there has been a disconnection specifically with the Steam client or servers - we find players who experience this disconnect often get their progress back when they next close out the game and log back in.

Some players have found that their progress was restored after logging back in and playing a couple of matches first.

Please do let us know if you are still having this issue following your initial report and after playing some matches when logging back in and if so we can investigate this further :)

Team17 Support

Hey metin,

Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with a network error in Hell Let Loose.

What @TWB*Clell_Miller is referring to is your Internet Service Provider or ISP :)

We would most definitely recommend reaching out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to make sure your NAT is open and if it isn't, to discuss with them opening it so you can have the best NAT type for online multiplayer services.

So we can ensure you have the best connection, can you please follow the steps in the article below:

Hey Lohkovoittaja,

Thanks for getting in touch with us about Hell Let Loose.

Nvidia filters have been disabled on Hell Let Loose in response to consistent community feedback around the use of the filters to negate the intended darkness of night maps and have a better advantage against other players.

The team are aware of the community response to this decision and it is something they will continue to look into - we really appreciate any and all feedback and will be sure to make the information you have provided available to the team for consideration.

Please don't hesitate to reach out in the future should you have any further queries.

Hey,

Thanks for getting back to us with that DxDiag!

I've had a look through and it looks like your graphics drivers are out of date, could you please download and install the latest drivers for your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 card?

To do this please go to the NVIDIA web page here[www.nvidia.com] and follow the instructions.

I can also see from your DxDiag that you have both an onboard Intel graphics card as well as a dedicated NVIDIA card - can you please make sure that you are attempting to run the game through your NVIDIA and not your Intel card? To do this:
  1. Type Settings in Windows Search and press Enter
  2. Click on System
  3. Under the Display...
