Thanks for getting in touch!

There is Steam maintenance on a Tuesday, so it's most likely due to this.

Please make sure to completely restart your Steam and game and then reload the title to see if the issue continues!

Hi both,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Please can you both try installing vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
  1. Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
  2. Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
  3. Reboot your PC and retest the game.

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R 
  2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field. 
  3. Click OK 
  4. Click Save All Information 
  5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
