True. Plus UE5 has no benefits to the HLL player. It lowers the performance, Nanite is only for opaque meshes and HLL is leaning more towards masked meshes (foliage).

Plus a huge amount of the playerbase needs to update their machine to have at minimum a base NVMe.

Plus the entire Physics part of all movable objects needs to be rewritten from scratch, since UE5 has no more PhysX.

That only leaves Lumen in UE5, but recently UE 4.27 has the option to add GI as well, so no real preassure there too.

Is this Hurtgen, almost on the lower right side of the map? If so, then this is fixed for the PTE and P17.

PTE For Patch 17 This Thursday!
With progress coming along nicely we’re excited to announce the beginning of PTE testing for Patch 17, with the first session kicking off on Thursday the 3rd of February 11am GMT.

As always we greatly appreciate all who participate, whether it’s to provide valuable feedback and bug reports, or simply help out with the numbers to test server loads and other items. We’ll also be jumping into battle amongst the ranks on the day so if you have the time or are just curious, we would love to hear from you!

I cannot imagine playing the PC version with thumbsticks though.

We all will find that out together when the Deck launches. Do note, Deck is Proton/Linux and EAC currently in game is not Linux ready. Hope this will change sooner then later.

Afaik, this is indeed a player amin thing or when you join a side, the got disconnected or die or leave, then the server still thinks a player is in there. Quite normal tho.
