We actually added some extra optimisation in Update 10, however Stalingrad has both an FPS bug and is rather intensive atm.

The team are currently testing a bug fix and optimisation patch for Stalingrad that is showing some promising initial results :)

Packing, unpacking, drive speeds, verifying... juat a few steps Steam has to go through for every game and update or patch or even a minor change...

There is no such thing as a "fix". Each of the custom LODs need to be made manually by hand. We are rolling them out for some time now, but itll take some time.

PS: change the barricades, bunkers and other deployment/constructions hitbox. Many times I can't build something where I wish :(

Ah, its the note at the bottom of the roadmap. The list is not limited to the roadmap itself. But we need to list new things too.

Interesting... maybe check AV exceptions and firewalls too? A minute on a SSD sounds suspicious tho... normal times should be seconds...
