We are currently aware of an issue with Hyper Scape failing to launch due to a Vulkan Initialization error.
Please ensure your Graphics Card Drivers are fully up to date.

Can you try the following steps and let us know if you are still just getting a black screen -
Run as admin
Verify the game files
Disabling background apps

Please let us know if you still get a black screen after this.
