Hey! I just got a drop and everything works fine, right up until I get to 2/3 RC things installed and then it says that a file called vulkan-1.dll was not found and doesn't allow me to complete the installation. Please could you see why this might be and if other people have had this problem and fixed it, please inform me as to how, thanks :)
Make sure you update your video card drivers to the latest version, and be sure you have a card that supports Vulkan. ~Graeme
When are you planning on releasing the game in more territories/countries?
In our next PC test phase, which is coming quite soon, many more territories will be included. ~Graeme

There will be new mechanics and modes coming in the future for sure.

Why did you decide to use the Siege engine (Anvil Next?), for a game like this? What advantages does what was considered a “Frankenstein” engine have compared to some of the other tech that’s in Ubisoft?
Starting with Rainbow 6 Siege gave us the opportunity to start with tech and server architecture which had already shipped and been improved over the years. This is obviously a very different game so we had to implement a lot of different tech to achieve the 99 player count and map size of Neo Arcadia. ~JC
How has COVID-19 affected the production, design, reveal and launch of your game?
Launching a game during all of this has been the second* biggest challenge of my career. The core of the team is still working from home, and the production has gone very smoothly despite all these challenges. I'm incredibly proud of the work this team has done to deliver Hyper Scape on time and in such a solid state. ~Graeme

Do you imagine a future where as Devs, you directly work on fostering an esports scene, or would you rather be more independent of it?
The game is inherently competitive but the players will be the ones to tell us if it will be an Esport in the future. We'd like the community to decide. ~Thomas
With crossplay can it be console vs console only?
We're looking closely at crossplay implementation right now, so we can't say much further on the topic at this time. ~Graeme
Anti cheat?
There are multiple layers of anti-cheat mechanics and processes, including hardware banning, to carefully tackle cheating issues that come up. ~Thomas
What is it like working with Eric Pope?

We're monitoring player behavior on topics like this very closely. Leave Penalty is not something in from the beginning, but we'll see if it becomes an issue. ~Graeme

We've drawn a lot of inspiration from old school shooters like Quake and Unreal, which I personally played a ton of in their day. ~Graeme

Will there be event integrations (love gravity or unlimited ammo for example) happening on other livestream platforms? I.E. YT Gaming, FB Gaming, etc
We've partnered hand in hand with Twitch to build a best in class extension, the Crowncast, and have been focused completely on that platform at the moment. ~Graeme
