Hey! I'm sorry this is happening to you, we can discuss it.

It's possible it is taking a while to load due to all the network traffic the game is receiving. Do all other pages seem to work OK?

that was the same way i set it up originally. the ubisoft twitch drop website is saying "your twitch drops has been activated" and the twitch drop still hasn't shown up in there even after reloading the page and waiting for a few minutes .

guest-58UTTyRF: Okay, and where did you reinstall the game to when the error prompted you to do so? And was it reinstalled with the Uplay PC Launcher as well? ( As in both Uplay PC and the game on C: Drive together instead of separated )

VxultiYT: Hmm, I'm not seeing that your Twitch Account is actually linked with this Ubisoft Account. Can you try the following please?

1. Unlink Twitch account from your Account Management page
2. Link Twitch account on the Twitch Drops Page
