Hey there r/HyperScape! To celebrate the beta launch of Team Deathmatch, we're reporting back from Ubisoft Montréal. From Tech Test to today, your feedback and questions have been a huge guiding force for us and we can't begin to thank you enough for your continued support. We know there are quite a few hot topics in the community at the moment, so we hope we can give you a better idea of what we're thinking and where we see Hyper Scape going in the future, today.

Have you tried closing out the app and reopening it? You should have the option to collect XP once whoever you are watching has completed the match. Are you able to access the extension at least?

hey this is a great idea, and I've passed it on to the Arcadium cell. Currently that mode is only on Client side and the Memory Shards are stored server side, but it's definitely a possibility for the future of the mode. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback /u/zachstac34, it's nice to get a POV from this side of the conversation. We get lots and lots of great feedback from the competitive-focused players, but one of the challenges in our position of listening to your community is actually being able to get feedback from all the voices when one is louder than the other. We want it ALL, to be clear, not just one or the other, to most accurately help the devs work towards what our players want.

Would the devs ever consider releasing how the ranks are calculated as I've played 9 games tonight (10 if you count the disconnect but it didn't effect my stats so I won't count it) and I've been placed champ. I thought it would just add up the score from the games so it would take me a minimum of 14 games to get to champ and instead I've done it in 9. If not that's fine but I'm just curious.
