I just want to clarify for everyone that Solos will be the next Limited Time Mode replacing Duos on Tuesday. This version of Solos includes our Second Chance mechanic, which the team talks about here. Make sure to share your feedback on Second Chance once it is available!

This is only the beginning for the Player Ranking System, and we’ll continue to add features to it in the future. Please note that this first version will be a test for the system’s balancing which we might have to adjust & reset during the season if necessary.

However, a reset wouldn't happen without communicating on it first. There has not been a reset so far.

Most likely is a UI bug! Did you happen to play Duos when this happened? It should fix itself if you play Squads again.

To confirm, you have reached the proper tiers to unlock those items, correct? Have you submitted a ticket to support yet?
