Hey! We would like to gather some more information from players experiencing this issue. Can you send your MSINFO files over a ticket and list off any troubleshooting steps you've done at that point?

Make sure your PSN account is linked to your Ubisoft account! If it is, reach out to Ubisoft Support with your Twitch username, what platform you play Hyper Scape on, and a fullscreen screenshot of your Twitch Drops inventory.

There currently isn't any SBMM in the game and there aren't any BOTS (Except for me and the training room dummies) in the game either
