The official Discord does have lfg channels. You first need to go to the #rules channel, read them and then accept them by pressing the crown reaction emoji at the bottom of the rules. That will give you the Contender role and unlock the rest of the server for you.

That still doesn't explain why it'll take 50 days to add something relatively simple as auto-sprint? Many games that are on both PC and consoles are able to frequently push out patches and updates at a much, much, much quicker rate. Especially since Auto-Sprint was one of the many things brought up since at least the Open Beta was it not possible to get it added before launching this season?
Whilst “adding something as simple as auto-sprint” may sound simple to us who are designers, believe me, if it was that simple to implement, it would have been added already. Game design is never as simple as we think.
I think the beta comments about controllers was for PC users using controllers for the insane Aim Assist. From my understanding, and experience, aim assist for controller on PC is still a little overtuned.
The problem with controller on console is completely different — almost like a posting issue.
This is correct! However, we haven't made many changes to aim assist on PC yet, so it is weird people are mentioning they are noticing a difference since Open Beta.
To touch on OP's point though, the dev team does read through feedback, but that does not guarantee the suggestion will be implemented. The team also looks into data to back up feedback and suggestions.
I think one thing that confuses people is why players have to wait 50 days for a feature to be implemented. Granted, I know little about game dev and I know patches have to go through Sony/Microsoft before they hit the public—But I know for a fact that many games have been known to release multiple patches within a time frame as long as 50 days. I think many are just saddened/confused that a small patch adding auto-sprint and sensitivity settings can't be expected before what I guess is essentially early October.
Yup! The reason it is easier to push patches to PC than it is to console is because console has to go through a validation process as you mentioned.
It's also important to understand that the team is being careful with sensitivity options, as they don't want it to be too strong but also not too weak.
This has been passed along to the team previously! The team is working on optimizing this loop for players currently.
