I’d be curious about certain settings (e.g. memory allocation). If you typically play with the Vertical Sync setting enabled, could you try disabling that temporary for troubleshooting?

I’ve just downloaded this now - and it contains a .exe, a .dll, and a folder containing many other files. Could you perhaps delete what you’ve downloaded and try a fresh download?

While your CPU and RAM are both fine, unfortunately it seems that your video card doesn’t meet our minimum system requirements, so that will be limiting your system’s performance.
