Is your controller connected in xinput mode or with dinput?
Which controller do you have? What Operating System are you using? Have you used that controller in another game, just to rule out the possibility of it being faulty?

Unfortunately your screenshot suggests launcher-log.txt is 0 KB, and thus it is unlikely to contain much useful information - it looks suspiciously empty.
Could you please check this support article and post the other file if it isn’t blank?

Odd; I’ve gotten one other report of this. In that case a single character was persistently affected, while other characters could purchase things from the shop normally.

Just to make sure - can you try specifically closing Steam, then restarting our Launcher?
I haven’t seen many of the benchmark tests where both the europe servers were fast but you’re still getting slow speeds in europe.
Are you using any sort of VPN?
