Typically these problems occur on a per-zone basis, if you encounter something like this in a different location another screenshot would be great. This particular one will be fixed in 0.7.7d.

Hey Travelers!
In Patch 0.7.7 we implemented a large number of new unique and set items. We noted in the patch notes that two of these had temporary art which we would be replacing in the future.
While this art wasn’t ready to be included in ...
Read moreThanks, we’re making progress on the loading bug. For the settings dropdowns, deleting the ini file may help. The game will recreate it on startup.
Ah yeah the file gets cleared when you restart. Could you please upload the Saves folder (as a .zip) from the same place you got the log files?
I’m not sure what you’re describing with the settings panel-- I’d appreciate a screenshot if you’re able to get one.
We’re working on a fix for this issue-- if you post your log file I can confirm it’s the issue I’m thinking of. Make sure to upload both the Player.log and Player-prev.log file. Sorry about this!
Thank you very much for your generous support!
I’ve fixed that for you now, sorry about that.
I was replying to Pylos, but the log file you just uploaded did have additional information so thanks. It indicates there was an additional crash report saved to C:/Users/schae/AppData/Local/Temp/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/Crashes. If you could zip up at least the last few folders in there that would be great.
Thanks for the help!
You can post a link to a file sharing site if you like.
Thanks for the reports everyone! (And if other people are having this issue I’d still like you to upload the relevant files)
Could you upload your log file as well? At this stage more information is very helpful, especially since different things could be causing the problem for different people.
Doesn’t seem like that was the right log file-- I don’t see a mention of you loading the Echo of a World zone. The log file is reset when you restart the game (but saved as Player-prev.log). Please do post if it happens again. Thanks!
Thanks for the report!
Very sorry about this! Please upload your log file, and if the end of the file mentions an additional crash report, please upload that too.
Any other information about the crash would be helpful. Does the game just freeze? Does it close with no message? Is there a popup? Thanks!
Hi everyone,
We’ve narrowed down this issue and are working on a fix. To help us look into this, please add your entire Eleventh Hour Games folder to a .zip file and post it. It’s located inside AppData\LocalLow. Thanks!
We do have plans to improve the customization of minion AI. We don’t have a specific ETA for this feature.
Howdy! Tracked down the issue, it appears that the zone you are in “The Forgotten Cave” still has an old quest marker from when it was part of the sidezone chain associated with that quest before we shuffled things around a little. To complete the quest, branching off of “The Forsaken Trail” is a sidezone called “The Wasteland”, connected to it is “The Abandoned Tunnel” and that is connected to “The Lost Refuge” where the quest is completed.
Thank you for finding that misplaced marker, it’s getting removed on our end as we speak!
Sorry about this-- please contact support and they can help you. Thanks!
Could you provide a screenshot? We were able to complete the quest during testing, but maybe the arrow is just pointing at the wrong location. Thanks!
Unfortunately I’m not sure what’s causing that. We’ll look into that, but in the meantime I would recommend either lowering your graphics settings temporarily or trying on a different character. Apologies for the inconvenience!
