Thanks, I’ve noted this. It’s technically intended for the fight to not trigger when going back through the door but I’ll see what can be done to adjust.
What was the name of this zone? The picture of the minimap is quite helpful but having a zone name will make it faster for us to fix.

Could you upload a screenshot of the area you teleported to (including the minimap) to a site like imgur.com? It seems like there’s just something below the ground that’s configured wrong but it will be much easier to find with an image.

I’m having trouble reproducing this (and I don’t recall seeing it on the streams I’ve seen). If it isn’t happening for you with all enemies, knowing which enemies you see it happen on and what Monolith layout you were in will help a lot!
Once I know a few enemies that have the issue I’ll prioritize looking into this.

Good eye! Tweaked some stuff, now the phylacteries won’t spawn unless you’re at the stage of the quest where they are relevant, thus preventing killing them prematurely. Thank you for finding this stuff as always!

Alright, so let’s clarify because there’s some confusion here.
Chapters and Eras are not synonymous. A Chapter is a part of the PvE campaign which characters play through prior to reaching the endgame content designed for higher level characters. Each chapter represents a significant part of the overarching story, and as a result thy can vary substantially in size. Eras represent different times in the history of the world. At release there will be 9 Chapters, which take place across 4 Eras.
Last Epoch uses time travel as a theme, and as you progress through the campaign you’ll be travelling both forwards and backwards through time. While we’ll be adding additional Chapters to the game - including another in next month’s content patch - we won’t be adding additional Eras to the game, or at least we won’t be doing so prior to post-release expansions.
