We need to hide names in lobby.

They claim to be against dodging, so they introduce reactive measures to disincentivize.

But how about being proactive, and eliminate one of the primary reasons players dodge in the first place?

This answer is going to be unsatisfying but we've looked into it and it is intensely expensive relative to the value it provides. Not saying never, but given all the things we can work on its fairly low on the priority list.

He’s not. He’s South Asian inspired not Latin

True, but it is a bit weird that an undead spirit of vengeance is helping the living.

Or is Pyke no longer undead vin diesel's version of Nautilus's backstory?

U will have to play through the event to find out ;)

Was Kaizen facilitating this or was Meteos facilitating/hosting edited out? The way this is edited makes Kaizen’s experience on the desk really shine through. I’d like to see Meteos step up and facilitate like that, he has a breadth of experience in league that none of the classic league hosts have. Which I think makes him unique and the correct pick for the host of this show…but you gotta actually host ya know?

Kaizen is sort of a co-host, which is why he's in so many episodes. He and Meteos have their own distinct interpersonal strengths and Kaizen is more inquisitive and better at following up on topics.

So certainly there's going to be editing and a lot of footage isn't shown, but to PapaTK's reply to you, I don't think they're interested in removing Meteos.

Well, this certainly was a game of league of legends. I think.

Cast was really enjoyable though, casters having fun while also talking about the relevant points in the game and some meta stuff aswell. Didnt try to overforce talking about the actual game but also didnt go into full on podcast mode. Great job!

Thanks you! Appreciate the positive vibes and glad you enjoyed it :)

First time tuning in today to see if all the negativity was deserved or not, and honestly I think it was.

Game 1, the broadcast was already 5-10 minutes behind, and all that was before it was that segment with Hai, Jack, and Steve and an analysis. I put the game on before I had work and was sad that it was already behind schedule... And it was game 1.

I had to work, but I could only imagine all the other games being set off different times. I think the community wouldn't care so much if the timetable was adjusted... Game 1 5, game 2 615 etc, its frustrating to have a schedule and be behind.

We're working to adjust the schedule for game 1, which is the game we can control. After that it really depends on how the games go. If they are fast they will be ahead of schedule, if they are slow they will be behind. This is true of most of the other leagues around the globe as well.

Hey there,

We hear the pain around transition times, and are actively working to shorten them as much as we can. There have already been pretty drastic improvements between week 3 and week 4, and today we saw improvements on top of that. The problem isn't "solved" but we're working on it. As some people have already commented in this thread, the additional delays are a result of COVID sanitation protocols.

Thanks for your continued patience and support. Coming back into studio has had it's tradeoffs, but so far we think the good has outweighed the bad, and we hope you think so too.

She actually fits one of the criteria for an instant nerf in their balancing framework, which is a >45% banrate in challenger.

I will only comment on one thing which is that pros will absolutely 100% pick "weak" champions, and in fact do so very often. This is of course if your definition of weak champion is purely by low winrate.
