Updated Akali list in for playtest this evening. @RiotBlaustoise playing it this time. Since last time, less change to the passive MS mechanics and some more emphasis on energy refund across the kit. Need to take a more deliberate look at passive damage next. #lifeofapatch

And, unsurprisingly, @RiotBlaustoise instantly responded to my email asking for a test on it.
This is a pretty standard starting point the balance team takes on small/medium scope work on. We probably don't end up shipping something that looks like this, because iteration is an expected part of the process. No targeted ship date yet (definitely not 9.13).
Since we're doing the #lifeofapatch thing, here's the Akali thing I began work on this week, including images of the internal e-mail I sent detailing the work (typos and all).
