This will resolve itself in the morning when the rest of the patch is released. We mistakenly split the strings into tomorrow's release, so the screen can't find them yet.
Type of Bug: Game Reconnect
What happened that seemed like a bug: After my Desktop Runterra crashed, I opened the game on my phone. This took me to the main menu, instead of reconnecting. When I reopened the app on my Desktop, I was able to rejoin my game. Cross-platform reconnect is broken.
What was Expected to occur: I can reconnect to the same game, on my phone, as before the patch.
How often does this occur/How easy is it to replicate: 2/2 times I tried.

This happens every patch. Your PC client is ahead of your mobile client - you'll need to download an update on your phone for it to be compatible with games started on your PC.
We typically force update all mobile clients the day after a PC release since it takes some time for the various stores around the world to host the new version.
EDIT: I'll raise with the team to see if there's anything planned to make this less painful/more obvious about how to resolve.

How often does this occur/How easy is it to replicate: Only done this once, could probably do a few runs to replicate it.

This should resolve when the patch data applies in the morning. We mistakenly split up the screen from the translations.

This is a fair ask. True persistence will require some new work and is something we want but are not building in the immediate future.
You’re hitting the disconnect timeout, which is something that we recently updated to allow for it to be configured based on the mode.
I’ll follow up with the team to extend it to the max duration of a game (which is 90 minutes).
