The Secret Lair Bundle and seven drops within that bundle are no longer available for purchase (as a bundle or individually). They were each sold in a 24 hour window that has already ended. That's why those say "SALE ENDED! No Longer Available" on the store front.

Support definitely answers back, if you're submitting a ticket. Please double check your spam folder. You probably got an email saying "reply back if your problem isn't fixed". Submitting multiple tickets doesn't help, and sometimes it takes a little bit for them to respond because they answer tickets in order received.

I still don't understand what is so terrible about the fact that people who like MTG(A) but are not good at building themselves use a deck they found on the internet (it's there for everyone).

Personally I get bored to play against the same decks for 2-3 months. Which is the result from netdecking.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with building a deck that you find on the internet, and odds are whatever deck you think you've made from scratch probably exists on the internet somewhere as well. You are seeing those "same decks" because they're GOOD decks. People want to win. There are deck synergies that are better than jank, and people are going to play them. I played jank that I made on stream once, and people actually complained because it wasn't a "good" deck!

JAN 21 – 1.04.00.03 HOTFIX

• Fixed an issue where player logs were being kept indefinitely.
  • When you update to the latest client, any existing logs will be automatically deleted.
  • Going forward, MTG Arena will automatically delete logs older than three days when the game is launched.

There is no downtime associated with this patch. Magic: The Gathering Arena will automatically update the next time the game is launched.

Known Issues

• Some players do not have access to the Theros Beyond Death basic lands.
  • UPDATE: We are beginning to resolve this issue for impacted players. All players should have access to the Theros Beyond Death basic lands by early next week.
  • NOTE: This is reference to the normal basic lands. We'll have more information on how all players can obtain the full-art Nyx basic...

You said that your issue was a black screen, so I gave an answer based off of THAT specific issue. Now that I know what you actually submitted your ticket for, you probably got that response due to the category it was submitted under.

Please submit your ticket under “Order Issues”. Our support team will look into your account, and correct it. You may have to wait a bit for support to respond since they answer tickets in the order they receive them. Our support team are an awesome bunch that genuinely want to help you. 🙂

I didn't say that was my issue, I was commenting on your claim that restarting was going to return things to normal. It used to do so with the old disconnects, but restarting with the recent disconnects results in a failed game launch. This is the kind of issue that if it doesn't get resolved soon, im out - uninstall and never come back.

You can be upset without insulting people. We have been posting regular updates on the status page (which feeds to our Twitter account as well). As of now, restart your client, and things should be back to normal! :slightly_smiling_face:
Someone WILL respond to your support ticket, but it will not be an instant reply. As you can imagine our support team has a lot of tickets to go through right now. Please give them a while to reply as tickets are answered in they order they are received.

Restarting doesn't return things to normal, it results in 30 minutes of a waiting screen.

This may be a visual error, it’s hard to say without more details. Have you tried restarting your client?

i know it is lower priority than the disconnects, but are you also working on the new basic lands from theros not showing up for some people?

I opened 20+ packs yesterday, and all I got was a single mythic wildcard.
WOTC decreased the amount of stuff you get from mastery passes.
did they decrease the chance of opening a mythic card in packs?
