When I try to add this by copying it and importing it I’m getting a bunch of error messages
I've tried fixing it a couple times, but reddit formatting is not playing nicely with the list for some reason. I'd recommend copying the list into a notepad document to strip the formatting, then coping from there to import.

People always parade out the dev comments from 2018 saying that in ranked, MMR is the only thing that matters and there is no deck-based matchmaking. From my experience and stories like this, I find it hard to believe that the ranked queue doesn't have some sort of deck strength/type algorithm.
I'm sure the MTGA white knights will down vote me to oblivion, but whatever.
There is no deck-based matchmaking in the ranked queue. Period.
There are, however, a whole lot of people, and when lots of people are doing something, unlikely things regularly happen to someone.

I'm guessing you mean 10.10.3.6 (Yosemite) not actual 10.3 (Panther, from back in 2003 or something). In either case, you will need to update to MacOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later to continue playing Arena.
Are you on OS 10.12 (or older)? With the latest update Arena now requires 10.13.

Arena does now require Mac OS 10.13, so you'll need to upgrade to continue playing

This is a bug caused by the Daily Deal. We normally suppress showing items in Daily Deals elsewhere, so players can't accidentally purchase them for the higher price - that's not the right thing to do with packs, though. We're looking at what we can do to solve it.

If this is about the "Earn a new deck tomorrow" quest, my account is affected. I made it in August, but I am new so not sure if that is the issue being discussed or not. That quest has been stuck at 0:00:00 for a month now.
That is the issue in question, yeah. The update was on the 24th, if you happen to remember your creation date.
So they still haven't fixed the starter decks not unlocking for new players yet? Good god, imagine not fixing something so vital to new players. I'd literally uninstall if I was affected by this.
This issue really sucks, and it has proven difficult to track. Affected accounts just go quiet instead of having a useful error or message to identify them. However, from the reports we have seen and digging we have done so far, it looks like a small slice of players got dumped into this state during the August update, and new accounts created since then have been okay. Obviously it is still a huge pain point for those affected players, but the limited scope has an impact on the priority of this investigation when weighed against the entirety of the game.
However: If anyone has an account that was created after the August update and is affected by this issue, please let me know.
All of that said, we are aware of the issue, we are working on it, and we have scheduled a fix for the future.

Sorry to bump in, but do you have any info about the sealed/draft bug that came with the last update? Just wondering if it's even worth holding onto the bugged drafts and if they can even be fixed.

Unfortunately, the fix to the best of my understanding will probably not allow you to edit limited decks in events already in this state, just prevent new ones from getting into it.
I would contact Customer Service about your in progress event.
This was an asset bug and is being fixed in an upcoming relesse. The text shown is correct.
