They do reset every 24h, there's just a bug now making that happen at a different time for each user. We should have a fix out soon.

Yes, 2021.8.0.950. Actually I can play with any account but mine. Still stuck with the same error. Someone with the same problem sent me his error log and it said "migration unsuccessful". So I'm guessing that for some reason, some accounts got "rejected" from the update.

As for me, I wasn't aware of this update and I thought my device had a bug, so I logged out and requested a new password during the maintenance. I don't know if it's of any help, but maybe it created a bug in the command line or something (I'm not much into computer as you would guess)

We believe we've fixed all known "migration unsuccessful" issues (but there may still be some unknown ones). Could you PM me your account name and number (name#1234)?

We're actively looking into this, but unfortunately haven't been able to repro it, so we don't have much info to give. The best way to help would be attaching logs on those bug reports.

We're definitely looking into these issues, but we're having trouble reproing and therefore don't have much information to give. Are you sure that you've updated to the latest client (2021.8.0.XXX in the bottom-left on the initial loading screen)?

As a predominantly free to play player I try to reach 15 wins daily for a chance at upgrades. Since I have all standard uncommons, this usually amounts to 1.8% total vault value. But I occasionally get rare and mythic upgrades. Feel like this is a crucial reward for FTP players. I sincerely hope this can be looked into and fixed as soon as possible.

This is a bug, and we're working on getting a fix out quickly. Once we have that out we will make sure that anyone who ran into this problem gets the proper rewards.

Hey! This actually affected me as well (finished a game after the event ended). I've written up a bug and we're looking into it. In the meantime, please contact customer support for your rewards.

Because we discovered the Brainstorm bug internally shortly after the build went live, and didn't learn about the Book bug until player reports several hours later. Book will be fixed soon.

Yup, it was a general issue with the City's Blessing affecting several (but not all) cards that leveraged it. It's also been fixed in this morning's update.

Thanks for the report; we're currently investigating that issue but don't have it nailed down yet. We would hope to be able to understand who missed what and automatically grant it to those accounts, but I can't be sure that will be possible until we better understand the issue.

If you're trying to play in Bo1, you can work around this by reducing your sideboard to 7 cards. We're working on a fix for this.

This is confusingly worded, did everyone get bronze tier rewards, or just bronze+unranked?

The bug is that bronze-tier rewards were given to unranked players. Players with ranks received the proper rewards.

There's currently a bug with when the daily wins reset. It's once every 24 hours, but the reset time is now variable. We're working to get a fix for this out soon.

We're aware; it's an intermittent issue (works sometimes, mostly doesn't). We're working on a fix here.
