We are aware that players are experiencing an issue where the storage unit is not stacking items properly, causing the unique item limit to be reached before the intended limit as well as players unable to craft with materials in storage. The team is working on providing a fix as soon as possible. We will keep this thread updated when we have more information.

Thanks for the call-out, the first two you mention should be corrected. The second half means that there may be bugs that may cause issues with the game; mainly an acknowledgement that we are aware that the game is not perfect and the team is working hard to resolve the outstanding issues.

If you are experiencing the movement bug still now that the January Update is out, please let us know.

The team is aware of this issue and are actively working to address it.

In the future please post bug reports to the Bug Report section. Our QA team looks to those reports in that section to help identify both issues and their underlying causes.

Sorry if I did not make myself clear. I meant that the issue with the stacking makes it more likely to trigger the 500 unique items limit. We are working on a fix for items not stacking properly and other possible issues. Thank you for your patience.

Patch day can be a rough time, for sure. Issues pop up and the team is super actively looking for, tracking, and working to resolve bugs.

If you’ve found any bugs, please be sure to post them in the Bug Reports section with as much detail as you can. The more info we have the better we will be able to identify root causes and address issues.
