Greetings advenuteres,

Earlier today, we discovered an issue where players were able to post images and other links in the chat that resulted in unsavory behaviour.

We have enabled a fix that should resolve this issue and prevent players from abusing and exploiting this feature. This should already be enabled in each region.

Thanks for bringing this up @Critcho . And sorry for the confusion this is creating. At the moment, we do not have the functionality to adjust what the company ranks can and can’t do. So this screen shouldn’t actually be interactable (toggling the checkmarks on and off will not do anything atm).

This is functionality we may consider adding in the future, but its not a short term goal.

From what I can tell, server transfers are working for players except for those affected by the trading post issue. They were able to resolve some players who had a similar issue to this and now working on a fix for this one.

Hi everyone!

Many of you have been asking about the nuances of the High Watermark System, and I’m here to help!

If you don’t know what the High Watermark System (HWM) does, it’s a system that kicks in when your character reaches level 60 and ultimately governs the power of gear drops you receive as you venture into the more dangerous areas of the world and fight powerful enemies.

When an enemy or container drops a piece of gear for you, it rolls on its Gear Score (GS). During your leveling experience, this GS naturally progresses with your level, so as long as you’re fighting enemies at or above your level, you’re getting drops that are in a power range that is good for your level.

When you reach the level cap, this mechanic changes a bit. At 60, you gain an upper GS limit (HWM) on drops that gradually increases as more powerful drops appear for you. This upper limit is per-item-type. For armor, it’s based on the slot type (e.g. head armor, chest armor, r...

Sorry, the previous reason server transfers were down was indeed due to gold duplication; however, server transfers are active but players may have trouble transfering if there is a contract that won’t allow them to transfer (more information here: [Notice] Trading Post and Server Transfer Issues).

Once I have an update on the fix, I’ll be posting it there.

Server numbers should be fixed though!

I haven’t heard anything about closing a server (I know Hellheim has long queues and I hear their request for this) but at this time, I am not under the impression that we will be. If that changes though, we have promised to give everyone a 24 hour update before we do.

I know that the team is working super hard to implement a fix for this because it’s a top priority for them but it takes time for a fix to be found, tested, validated, and then implemented. When I have more information to share (that isn’t "we are working on a fix but no ETA), I’ll definitely share it.
