Actually, generally there are at least three of us plus a whole moderation team and a large support team.

That is not to mention that veritable army of QA and Dev folks who lurk on the forums and track reports of issues and exploits.

You can see our activity on the Dev Tracker, but it is worth noting that we also are working in the Amazon Games Discord as well as working to get you all information about your burning issues.

We are holding downtime on October 29th / October 30th for each region to fix the following issues. Downtime is expected to take 3 hours for each region.

Please find the issues and start times for each region below:

• Trading Post contracts should complete properly and players missing gold should see their gold compensated

Speculative fixes:

• The trading post issue should resolve server transfer for all players affected by this issue

No, the last update last night addressed the crouch issue which I outlined here.

It isn’t true, just a misunderstanding.

I helped escalate a broken account issue to CS to investigate because a player couldn’t play the game for a number of days. It was unrelated to the Trading Post.

Thanks for reporting this Zorpia. We are aware of the issue and are testing a fix. We will release it as soon as the fix is verified.
