I am certain that the experience in that live chat has been frustrating. It looks like you are trying to figure out server transfers. It is possible that you having the issue that is covered in that big blue box at the top of the forums where a borked contract in the Trading Post can block players from transferring due to the game thinking that you have active contracts, even if all of your contracts appear closed. This includes players who are unable to cancel active contracts.
Our dev team is currently working on finding a fix for this issue. When it is resolved, we will be sure to let everyone know!

As for the fire mage exploit, if you’re talking about the dual-wielding fire staff/life staff/ etc., we have identified the issue that is causing this situation and the team has a fixed built. We are planning to release this fix with our next weekly update.
