We are currently testing a fix for this and will be deploying it as soon as we are confident. Players who encounter this issue WILL receive their missing gold/items when the fix goes live.
I definitely feel you. The reason I play MMOs is to play with friends as well. You’re definitely not alone here.
I’m just asking you to be patient with me on this. It’s definitely a high priority and I know they want to get a fix in as soon as possible but finding a fix, testing it, validating it, (and making sure it doesn’t affect anything else), and releasing it takes time.

Ah yeah we are aware of this and they’re taking a look to prevent this from occuring. No ETA at this time.

Sorry, I haven’t heard any news come out of these talks. Any updates I would have about them would be relayed on this post: [Notice] Overwolf Addons
Right now, I haven’t heard any signs of labeling any servers as full (I’m sorry, Hellheim, I see you) and we have promised in the past to give everyone a 24 hours notice if we decide to do so but to reiterate, at this time, I don’t believe we have any intention of marking a server as full.

I know the team is working on a fix and this is one of the top priorities. At this time, server transfers are still working and enabled but there is an issue with the trading post ([Notice] Trading Post and Server Transfer Issues) that can prevent some players from transferring. Once I have more information to share, I’ll share it.

Server restart from last night should be finished. Server transfers are indeed live but there is an issue where players may have trouble transferring if they experience one of the two problems I put in the notice.
When I have more information on the fix, including time it will be fixed, I’ll share it but I do not currently have that information.
The Server names should be fixed now! Thanks for your patience!
Server transfers have not been disabled but we are seeing players having trouble transferring if they have potential sell/buy orders on the trading post (See the notice here: [Notice] Trading Post and Server Transfer Issues)
The server name issue should also be fixed.
