We were made aware of an issue on the Damalis server on Central Europe, where a time skew happened. We have put the world in maintenance and rolled back the world to approximately 1:00pm PT/10:00 PM CEST, before the issue occurred.
No roll backs occurred to your characters. The server should be ready to accept players again at this time.
If you continue to see any issues please let us know and tell us what you’re experiencing so we can determine next steps.
This issue has been experienced on several servers, the team has investigated and are in the process of testing a fix, when ready that can be patched in to prevent future issues of this kind of occurring.

Hi everyone,
When enabling Outpost Rush in 2 regions, South America and US-West, this morning, we encountered a few issues that we are actively investigating.
At this time, we are monitoring these issues and will enable Outpost Rush in the remaining regions as soon as we can.

I’ve confirmed that players who are unable to cancel their active sell orders are part of the second paragraph.

Thanks for note @Rekonsile. We are aware of the issue and are testing a fix. We will release it as soon as the fix is verified. Sorry to the Arcana crafters out there, but we’ll get this fixed soon.

As far as I am aware, your issue is part of the second one listed but I will double-check.

“Secondly, we are aware of a few states that will block players from transferring due to having active contracts, even though all of their contracts appear closed. The team is currently working on finding a fix for this issue and will be issuing item/coin refunds where appropriate.”
