Hi all,

We are aware of issues regarding the trading post where players are not receiving the gold from their sales and being blocked by active contracts. We have identified a few root causes.

One that was introduced with our patch was players not receiving gold/items from completed sell/buy orders on the trading post while offline. We are currently testing a fix for this and will be deploying it as soon as we are confident. Players who encounter this issue WILL receive their missing gold/items when the fix goes live. At this time, this may block you from transferring servers.

Secondly, we are aware of a few states that will block players from transferring due to having active contracts, even if all of their contracts appear closed. This includes players who are unable to cancel active contracts. The team is currently working on finding a fix for this issue and will be issuing item/coin refunds where appropriate.

We’ve just set server transfers are live in all regions! I’m currently working with the team to investigate the causes that prevent players from transferring servers in relation to the Trading Post. Once I get confirmation and updates, I’ll provide them.

I’m perfectly fine with constructive criticism but the amount of attacking of members of this community in this thread is ridiculous.

Sorry! That wasn’t my intention. We were restating the fact that we are working on opening up server transfers and to be aware that there were some players experiencing issues with the transfer that we are working on addressing. I’ll make that clear, thank you for the feedback!

We also have eyes on this thread I’ve updated the bug megathread already to reflect the issue this thread discusses.

I’m going to chime in here since I was the one who closed that thread. US-West does have transfers enabled from what I can tell.

As far as I am aware, no servers are currently listed as full or locked. I know the team is looking into this issue to make sure everyone has the opportunity to transfer but I honestly don’t know the right answer to that.

Yes, that is the bug correlated with the issue this thread discusses as far as I am aware.
