The previous thresholds only showed claimed points rather than earned so there was a jump this week. Probably a steadier increase from now to the end of the league!

Having spoken to our SysAdmin team it looks like the issue could be on your side. I've seen similar instances with Vodafone before (but haven't seen any other mentions of from other players this time). We'll keep our eyes open, but I'd recommend dropping Vodafone a line (we'll do the same should we begin to see lots of similar reports).
