Here are some steps you can take to fix the voice recognition. This will get updated as more info is found.

Please make sure you don't skip a step.

1. Make sure your input device on windows is the microphone you want to use.
2. Go into "Speech Settings" on windows and download and install the English US language package. This will install the necessary voice recognition drivers.
3. In "Speech Settings" at the top check the box "Recognise non-native accents for this language".
4. Select your language as your voice language.
5. Under language settings click on your language, go to options and then download the speech package.
6. Go into "Online Speech Recognition" on windows and make sure that is turned on.
7. Go into "Microphone privacy settings" and make sure Phasmophobia has permission to use your microphone.
8. Go to "Cortana Language Settings" and apply your language at the bottom.

Hey, it will stop working if the ghost is in it's hunting phase. Is this the issue? If not then it might be bugged so sorry about that.

Hey, the Crucifix is used to prevent the Ghost from entering it's hunting phase to attack you. Once the Ghost is in it's hunting phase the only thing you can do is hide. You should find the Ghosts room and place the Crucifix inside it and it will stop most of the Ghosts hunting phases.

Hey, you can keep on repeating the training over and over to help you understand what's going on. For the fingerprints, the Ghost will leave them on doors when it moves them as well as windows and light switches when it uses those. This can sometimes take a while so it's best to do this last.

The Ghost will stick to one room 90% of the time so it's usually best to use the EMF Reader first to work out what room the Ghost is in. Then setup cameras, ghost writing books and use the Spirit Box. Temperature can take time to drop so you can check this at the end.

What are your specs? Have you tried lowered the graphics and monitor resolution in the graphics settings?

There is an update coming out soon, please let me know after the update if you are still experiencing fps issues.

Hey, yes coop is optional. The game can absolutely be played solo.

Hey Sippoli1224, as the game is now close to release we are no longer accepting in testers as we have more then enough testers playing daily. I really appreciate your interest though. For now you will just have to wait for launch on September 18th and watch out for any Youtube videos until then.

Hey, I will look into releasing on the Quest store in the future but as of right now you can use a Quest only by connecting to your PC through SteamVR.

Hey Urguhart, this game supports 4 player coop with both VR and Non-VR players however it doesn't support local coop where multiple players are on the same pc. Due to fps requirements I can't see this being supported however this is something I might look into after launch.

Hey Urguhart, unfortunately at the moment I am not aiming to support this however it is something I could add later on as I have worked on a local co-op VR game before called Mass Exodus.
