I can't speak toward specific tactics we deploy, but we do have a dedicated team at RPG devoted to in-game monitoring and account-level enforcement of our community policies, particularly relating to racist, sexist, or homophobic harassment or abuse. We take this VERY seriously. It's always a battle to catch every instance on a live game, but in cases like this where the abuse is clear-cut and well-documented, we can and will act swiftly.
Thank you for reporting this, Trinity - it's heartbreaking to watch, and I'm so sorry you were the target of this kind of unconscionable abuse. We are moving immediately to take action against the individuals responsible.
