Making the process to apply vehicle skins quicker is a good step but please consider turning it back to how it was before. Vehicle skins (at least the ones that don't change the car itself) should apply automatically if you selected them in the lobby. It's still an annoyance to have to hit another button to get something that we got automatically for years before.

Hey matt! The fix for the issue is mentioned in the latest patch notes. The update is coming to live servers mid next week!
Hey Routine-Shine-8503, as others have noted, Deston was not part of the map rotation during the 20.1 Update. Starting from next week's live server maintenance, Deston will be back in the rotation.
Map rotation changes are shown at the top of Patch Notes every month, so make sure you give them a read to keep up to date!
