Good afternoon. I've submitted a ticket with Ubisoft but will post here as well. I pre ordered the Deluxe Edition through Microsoft Game Store for the Series X. Pre loaded. When I went to play the morning of release it gets through the opening cinematics without a problem but after selecting VR training it freezes before I can select an operator. It then exits me to the desktop. I tried clearing my cache, reset, power cycle, and same problem. I tried creating a new profile on my Xbox and same problem. I tried creating a new Ubisoft account and same problem. I also tried removing the Ubisoft connect and unlinking my Xbox account and Ubisoft account. This gets me a cannot connect to server message and error code Juliett- 00000143. Have uninstalled and re installed twice now. The above is the only thing I get. No other game is having this problem, I tried a disc game and my oldest is playing Fortnite no problem. I'm located in the Central Time Zone of the USA. Very appreciative of any help, thanks in advance.
